BGDi COMPLETES WEBSITE DESIGN FOR zBOX
Building a New Delivery Model for e-commerce

October 18, 2000 - Berkeley, California - BGDi Design and Communications recently completed Web site design for zBOX Company, the first and only company to offer a complete solution to the "last mile" problem of e-commerce.

"zBox engaged us to design a functional, user-friendly Web-site that highlighted the unique aspects of their zBox delivery model," explains BGDi's co-founder and Chief Strategist, Steven Donaldson. "The goal was to create an intuitive, unique Web storefront that clearly mapped the pathways a user should take in setting up a zBox account and ordering from e-tailers," he continues. "We wanted to capture the look, feel and unique aspects of the zBox in every aspect of the Web-site design. The challenge was to use interface design and functionality to engage the customer, build brand awareness and create loyalty through interactions with the zBox site."
